Satisfaction guaranteed: After you receive your guitar, you will have roughly 72 hours to try it out. If you decide not to keep it, you will have to contact me by phone and let me know. If we cannot come to some other resolution to make you happy with the guitar, you can return it to me, shipping and insurance prepaid by you. When I receive the guitar in the same condition as when it left my shop, I will refund your purchase price minus the deposit. After the guitar has been sold, I will refund your deposit minus any cost of the resale. If your guitar has been customized to a degree that makes resale unlikely, I will have to charge you for undoing the customization.
My Warranty: Each guitar has a limited structural guarantee. The neck angle, structural integrity of the neck, bridge and body is guaranteed and will be repaired by me, free of charge if problems occur during the first 10 years of ownership. Problems caused by improper handling, temperature, and humidity conditions are not covered. All guitars are built in a humidity of 42% to 47% RH. The wood has been well seasoned and cracking will not occur if reasonable care is taken during the winter months not to let the guitar dry out excessively. Installed electronics and tuners are warranted only by the manufacturer of those components.
